The Goo Goo Dolls will perform "Broadway" on both shows.

The Goo Goo Dolls, recently nominated for a GRAMMY Award for "Black Balloon", took part in a photo shoot with famed photographer David LaChappelle for an exclusive MTV "TRL" poster. The band and other GRAMMY-nominated artists including Limp Bizkit, Jennifer Lopez, Britney Spears, Lenny Kravitz and N'Sync posed along side several gold-painted bikini-clad television-headed models in a typically lavish LaChappelle shoot.

All monies from sales of the "TRL Class of 2000" poster will go to several charitable organizations chosen by MTV. The poster is being sold through the MTV.com store.

Additional concert performances and upcoming television appearances by the Goo Goo Dolls will be available shortly.
